Webflow Project Manager

HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking a Webflow Project Manager to manage website content production on their CMS, Webflow. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies to ensure effective content management and publishing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage website content production on our CMS, Webflow:
• Build out pages in Webflow, CMS
• Publishing on Webflow includes confirming the content and images needed before building
• QA and confirm the images and the page is correct before publishing
• Work with XFN stakeholders to ensure the content brief submission has all the information needed
• Meet with external agencies to project manage content production and publishing on Webflow
• Work with the Content Strategist and SEO agency to deliver the content roadmap by helping build and publish pages if needed
• Manage the JIRA ticketing system:
• Triage all web team tickets to the correct workflows: standard page publishing, design ticket for our graphic designer, or escalate to the Website & CRO lead and web development team
• Execute against the website roadmap
• Partner with the design and Website Lead to build new templates for launches
• Coordinate with SEO to confirm the meta description is aligned with the SEO strategy
• Create feasible timelines to publish launches of different sections of the website
• Provide concise and accurate deadline-driven information to appropriate marketing stakeholders for a clear understanding of creative resource availability and expected delivery timelines
• Publishing new pages for Paid Media:
• Build and publish paid media landing pages
• Work with the following cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the seamless launch of new pages:
• 1. Initial request & campaigns - paid media agency and lead
• 1. Hubspot forms - marketingOps
• 1. Content - content strategist
• 1. Help Website & CRO lead with content changes and test launches within Webflow Optimize

Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced within Webflow
• Strong project management skills
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder communication skills
