Spring Health is on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing barriers to access. The Senior Business Analyst, Operations Analytics will drive operational excellence by owning strategic analytics and performance measurement, focusing on improving workflows and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Translate complex analytics into actionable insights to improve workflows, service delivery, and operational efficiency, leveraging AI functionality wherever possible to reduce time-to-insight and increase actionability
- Serve as a strategic partner to Operations leaders, providing analytical guidance on their most critical business priorities. Within the Care Support remit, this includes identifying and assessing levers to improve SLA performance, manage costs, or improve quality
- Partner with business intelligence and operations partners to build and maintain automated dashboards, KPI definitions, metric trees, and recurring performance packages that track volume, capacity/staffing, utilization, conversion, efficiency, and satisfaction
- Analyze operational trends and drivers to surface insights, root causes, and leading indicators—translating findings into clear narratives for leadership across Care Support and Operations more broadly, as well as cross-functional partners
- Support ad hoc analytical requests and special projects by rapidly framing questions, pulling the right data, and delivering concise, decision-ready outputs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or a related role (e.g., management consulting, tech, finance)
- Proven experience in developing and managing analytical models, with a strong command of data and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, SQL, Hex)
- Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership to solve complex business challenges using data and structured analysis
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights and influence leadership decisions
- A builder's mindset — comfortable establishing frameworks, processes, and standards in a scaling environment
- Master's degree
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly mental healthcare
