HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm looking for a detail-oriented Web Content & CMS Manager (Webflow) to support website content production, publishing, and optimization. The role involves collaborating with marketing stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality web experiences aligned with business and SEO strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Build and publish web pages using Webflow CMS
- Confirm all required content, assets, and images prior to page creation
- Perform thorough QA to ensure accuracy and brand consistency before publishing
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather complete content briefs
- Collaborate with external web development and SEO agencies to manage production timelines
- Support delivery of the website content roadmap
- Work with Design and Website Lead to build new templates for launches
- Coordinate with SEO partners to align metadata and optimization strategy
- Develop and manage realistic timelines for website launches
- Provide clear, deadline-driven updates to marketing stakeholders
- Manage and triage web team tickets in JIRA
- Route requests to the correct workflow (standard publishing, design, or escalation)
- Ensure smooth and organized execution across teams
- Build and publish paid media landing pages
- Coordinate with Paid Media, Marketing Operations (HubSpot), and Content teams
- Ensure seamless execution and launch readiness
- Support content updates and test launches using Webflow Optimize
- Assist with CRO-related updates and experimentation initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Webflow CMS
- Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (meta descriptions, on-page optimization)
- Experience managing tickets/workflows in JIRA
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and QA mindset
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Experience supporting paid media landing pages
- Familiarity with HubSpot forms
- Experience working with external web/SEO agencies
- Exposure to CRO and A/B testing initiatives
