About this role
Augusta Hitech is seeking a Project Manager responsible for managing complex initiatives that meet customer specifications and project proposals on time and within budget. The role involves ownership of multiple projects, leading all aspects from scope to deliverables, while utilizing both agile and waterfall techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Appropriate communication at all levels of organization, appropriate escalations
- Execute project management with agile and water fall techniques combined that allow for meeting of project deadline while iteratively delivering where applicable
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables with outcome focus!
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Assemble and lead project staff
- Manage project budget
- Manage project resource allocation
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Manage R.A.I.D
- Manage and track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Manage project SharePoint site and associated artifacts
- Provide direction and support to the project team
- Run stand ups and sprint planning sessions
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Lead the deployment plan of the project
- Provide guidance to other project managers/coordinators
- Perform additional support functions as needed
- Responsible for complying with Paradigm IT security requirements and policies
- Responsible for safeguarding Paradigm or Paradigm related IT passwords
- Responsible for notifying Paradigm of any IT security incidents per policy 16.0 Information Security Incident Management
Requirements:
- 10+ years of direct work experience in IT project management capacity managing multiple projects
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of IT project management
- Knowledge of IT project management techniques and tools, inclusive of ADO, Planview or similar tools
- Proven experience in people management
- Proven experience in risk management
- Proven experience in change management
- Proven experience in project governance
- Proficiency in MS Project
- PMP/PMP-ACP Certified Project Manager
- Scrum or SAFe certified
