They are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the global user group program and community events, managing a team to facilitate both virtual and in-person user group events while ensuring operational success through rigorous measurement.
Responsibilities:
- Own the evolution and operationalization of our global user group program
- Own webinars and some select community events
- Managing a small team to support our virtual and in-person user group events
- Overseeing the ongoing operations of user groups on Bevy post go live
- Support Coupa hosted events through Bevy
- Apply rigor and measurements that ensure success in these events
- Support a handful of in-person community led events during the year
Requirements:
- Experience managing a team
- Experience with user group programs
- Experience with community events
- Familiarity with the Bevy Platform
- Ability to build scalable programs
- Experience in measuring success of events
