Sr. Manager, User Group Program - 11132

Coupa is a leader in spend management technology, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and visibility for businesses. They are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the global user group program and community events, managing a team to facilitate both virtual and in-person user group events while ensuring operational success through rigorous measurement.

Responsibilities:

• Own the evolution and operationalization of our global user group program
• Own webinars and some select community events
• Managing a small team to support our virtual and in-person user group events
• Overseeing the ongoing operations of user groups on Bevy post go live
• Support Coupa hosted events through Bevy
• Apply rigor and measurements that ensure success in these events
• Support a handful of in-person community led events during the year

Requirements:

• Experience managing a team
• Experience with user group programs
• Experience with community events
• Familiarity with the Bevy Platform
• Ability to build scalable programs
• Experience in measuring success of events
