Zepp Health is seeking a highly experienced Marketing and Partnerships Manager to execute their strategy in Hybrid Fitness marketing and events for Amazfit North America. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and managing relationships with key partners in the hybrid fitness community.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the sports marketing strategy for new and existing products
- Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategies, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
- Direct, manage and coach the events staff/team to establish plans, set priorities, execute to achieve marketing and partnership objectives
- Work closely with the social, creative, and production team to define marketing materials and programs
- Help manage content shoots and direct programs to improve reputation and recognition in the hybrid fitness space
- Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends within the wearable space
- Help manage budgets and allocate resources for projects and events
- Establish clear testing strategies and success metrics (traffic, brand awareness, etc) for programs and events, regularly report progress, and explain how results will inform future direction
- Manage end-to-end relationships with key NA partners including Hyrox, ambassadors and affiliates in the Hybrid fitness community
- Build and manage the North America Hybrid Fitness events calendar, ensuring timelines and execution across all Hybrid fitness events are met
- Travel and oversee sales, content, and marketing for key events across North America
Requirements:
- Highly experienced in Marketing and Partnerships Management
- Experience in Hybrid Fitness marketing and events
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products
- Experience overseeing implementation of marketing strategies, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
- Experience in directing, managing, and coaching events staff/team
- Ability to work closely with social, creative, and production teams
- Experience in managing content shoots and directing programs to improve reputation and recognition in the hybrid fitness space
- Ability to develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies
- Experience in continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends within the wearable space
