Requirements:
- 8+yrs of experience, Technical TPM (not a Scrum Master)
- Able to read Python code during issue triage
- Holds GCP professional-level certification
- Understands LLM agents (prompts, tools, orchestration)
- Has led enterprise-scale engineering programs
- Experienced in issue triage and root cause ownership
- Strong cross-functional alignment skills
- Has scaled teams/programs (8 → 24+ type growth)
