Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an HVAC- Business Development Manager for an electronics manufacturing and thermal management company. This role focuses on driving sales of EC fans and air-moving solutions to HVAC OEMs, managing customer relationships, and leading design-ins from concept through production.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business with HVAC OEMs and equipment manufacturers
- Present solutions, gather requirements, and manage RFIs/RFQs, proposals, and quotes
- Drive design-ins from concept through production and ensure project execution
- Coordinate with Asia-based R&D and manufacturing teams on product development and delivery
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activity; manage accounts end-to-end
- Support customers post-delivery to ensure performance and satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and provide input on product strategy
Requirements:
- 5+ years in HVAC, EC fans, motors, or air-moving products (sales or business development)
- Experience working with HVAC OEMs and design-in sales cycles
- Strong understanding of airflow, EC motors, and system integration
- Ability to manage pipeline, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel 25–40% (U.S. & Canada)
- Experience with EC fans, BLDC motor control, and HVAC applications
- Proven track record of design-in wins and revenue growth
