The Project Manager will lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, manage Marketing Cloud initiatives for Healthcare clients, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Marketing Cloud initiatives for Healthcare clients
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, IT, and marketing teams to gather and refine requirements
- Oversee campaign management, journey builds, automation workflows, segmentation, and integrations
- Coordinate with data engineering teams on healthcare data sources (EHR/CRM systems, claims data, member data, etc.)
- Identify and remove blockers while proactively managing risks and dependencies
- Translate healthcare business requirements into user stories and technical tasks
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource planning
- Provide leadership updates and ensure alignment with business and regulatory objectives
- Contribute hands-on during solution design discussions and troubleshooting when required
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
- Proven experience managing Marketing Cloud projects
- Experience working with Healthcare clients (Payers, Providers, Medicare/Medicaid, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of marketing automation workflows, integrations, APIs, and data management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications
