Responsibilities:
- Optimizing CRM and CX platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot
- Designing AI-assisted workflows including chatbots, ticket routing, and self-service tools
- Improving customer journey analytics and feedback loops
- Integrating CX platforms with internal operational systems
- Establishing scalable customer support operating models
Requirements:
- Hands-on expertise in CX systems optimization, automation strategy, and AI-driven customer operations
- Experience optimizing CRM and CX platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows including chatbots, ticket routing, and self-service tools
- Experience improving customer journey analytics and feedback loops
- Experience integrating CX platforms with internal operational systems
