Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a Software Development/Systems Analysis role
- Background in software development, system design, or technical solutioning
- Experience working with healthcare programs such as Medicaid or similar domains
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Data Warehousing, OLAP/OLTP environments, and ETL processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Business Process Modeling techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Highly detail‑oriented, self‑driven, and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality and accuracy
