The Quality Analyst Business Systems role focuses on scrutinizing data sets for trends and ensuring data quality initiatives meet organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Scrutinize data sets for trends, identifying opportunities for additional evaluation and focus
- Document, develop, and deploy data quality assessment standard operating procedures and control processes
- Execute monitoring queries and other data collection spreadsheets to ensure the timeliness, quality, and accuracy of data collected
- Monitor data quality initiatives, ensuring that identified standards and requirements are met across the organization within outlined agreed upon service level agreements(SLAs)
- Provide clear written, verbal, and face-to-face communication of issues observed to both internal and external business partners of project objectives, business requirements, and issues observed
Requirements:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- 1-3 years experience reading, writing, and executing SQL queries to analyze large datasets and knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, SQL, and Python
- Experience gathering business requirements, writing and interpreting user stories, then applying appropriate technical solutions to deliver results that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work with large data sets and reporting tools to research, organize, and summarize findings
- Experience delivering projects using software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies preferred with ability to document requirements, design and test processes
