About this role
Paradigm Technology is seeking a Business Analyst for a global technology company that develops and distributes smart solutions for residential and commercial spaces. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and help implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance, etc.)
- Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities
- Create reports, dashboards, and documentation as needed
- Monitor project outcomes and ensure solutions meet business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in a business analysis role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools
- Ability to translate complex information into clear documentation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with Trade Compliance specifically with trade from Mexico to the US is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
