Pride Health is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst I responsible for the design, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, and ongoing support of Workday HCM and related applications. This role partners closely with HR stakeholders to optimize system functionality and drive user adoption through effective training and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM (tenant setup, business processes, security, system features)
- Develop and troubleshoot calculated fields, condition rules, validation rules, and configuration elements
- Evaluate feasibility of system enhancements and implement workflow changes
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Test and deploy Workday releases and new functionality
- Investigate and resolve system issues using independent judgment
- Lead user training efforts and develop job aids, quick reference guides, and documentation
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership to gather requirements and implement improvements
- Support deadline-driven projects, including after-hours coverage when required
- Promote high-level customer service and organizational values
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional, team-oriented settings
- Strong attention to detail
- Hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience
- Experience in Core HCM modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, etc
- Knowledge of business process frameworks and system optimization
- Experience creating training materials and documentation
