Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead marketing insights, planning, and program management initiatives, driving excellence in marketing performance analysis and campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the annual, half yearly (and quarterly update) marketing planning process across all marketing teams
- Responsible for reporting and analysis on growth marketing performance (including marketing budget management and return on marketing investment)
- Use marketing and business data to identify opportunities for growth and work with growth marketing teams, product marketing and sales development to scope growth campaigns/programs
- Leading Marketing transformational projects
Requirements:
- 7+ years of marketing experience at high-growth tech companies
- Strong B2B marketing background within the technology sector; cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage
- Broad marketing expertise, with hands-on experience in planning, demand generation, digital, channel, and field marketing
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities with ease
- Performs well under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, even when navigating budget or resource constraints
- Confident working with marketing data, performance metrics, and systems to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- A creative, adaptable, and hands-on marketer who thrives on execution and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Experience operating within a global marketing organization, navigating cross-regional collaboration and execution
- Strong capabilities in budget oversight and marketing performance measurement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI
