Mid-Level .NET Software Engineer

Stand8 Technology Consulting provides end-to-end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States. They are seeking a Mid-Level .NET Software Engineer to join their global Release Engineering team, responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining client-specific configurations and release packages for cloud-based profitability solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy client-specific configurations and platform enhancements
• Support new client onboarding as well as ongoing Business-as-Usual (BAU) updates
• Maintain and improve release processes, ensuring consistency across multiple environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-Customer Success, Delivery, QA, Infrastructure, Project Management, and Support-to meet release and delivery requirements
• Contribute to core product development and Release Engineering initiatives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in .NET development
• 1+ year of experience with ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and Microsoft SQL Server
• Front-end experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)
• Ability to manage complex release cycles across multiple environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence
• Exposure to operational tools such as Splunk, PagerDuty, or Zendesk
• Experience in the banking or financial technology sector
