Customer Service Representative

TurboTax USA is a leading provider of tax preparation software and services, dedicated to simplifying the tax filing process for individuals and small businesses across the United States. As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will assist TurboTax users with their tax-related questions and software navigation, providing exceptional customer service in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers via phone or chat, resolving their queries related to TurboTax products and tax software
• Guiding users through downloading and installing the software, logging in, importing documents, navigating the interface, printing, and filing tax returns
• Addressing basic tax questions, ensuring customers feel supported and confident in their tax filing process
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, adhering to performance metrics, and contributing to a positive team environment
• Participating in certification training over three days is required to qualify for the role, after which ongoing support and performance reviews will help you excel in your responsibilities
