Senior Business Systems Analyst, Oracle Fusion Financials (Billing & AR) - 100% Remote

They are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as the functional Oracle Fusion expert, bridging Finance and technology, and translating business needs into scalable, cloud-native system solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Finance (Billing and AR), Enterprise Applications, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements within Oracle Fusion Financials
• Translate functional requirements into Fusion configurations, process designs, user stories, and integration specifications aligned to:
• Accounts Receivable
• Lead current-state and future-state system analysis across the full billing lifecycle including:
• Invoice creation and lifecycle management
• Revenue recognition and revenue schedules
• Credit and rebill processing
• Adjustments and dispute management
• Cash application and reconciliation
• Financial reporting and controls
• Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials architecture including:
• Role-based security model
• Workflow and approvals
• Subledger accounting
• Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
• Integration frameworks
• Collaborate with technical teams on configuration, integrations, data mapping, and API-based interfaces between Fusion and upstream/downstream systems
• Participate in system enhancements, quarterly update impact analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Facilitate solution design sessions, cross-functional workshops, and system reviews with Finance leadership and Enterprise Applications
• Ensure solutions support:
• Accurate and timely financial reporting
• Strong internal controls and audit readiness
• Compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
• Enterprise data governance and cybersecurity requirements
• Support test planning, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and production readiness

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in enterprise Finance systems environments
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically AR, Billing, and Revenue Management
• Strong understanding of Fusion cloud architecture and configuration
• Experience working in multi-entity, high-volume billing environments
• Deep understanding of billing lifecycle processes and revenue recognition
• Experience supporting integrations between Fusion and CRM, contract management, or data platforms
• Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills
• Experience operating in Agile or hybrid delivery models
