ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions. They are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as the functional Oracle Fusion expert, bridging Finance and technology, and translating business needs into scalable, cloud-native system solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Finance (Billing and AR), Enterprise Applications, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements within Oracle Fusion Financials
- Translate functional requirements into Fusion configurations, process designs, user stories, and integration specifications aligned to:
- Accounts Receivable
- Lead current-state and future-state system analysis across the full billing lifecycle including:
- Invoice creation and lifecycle management
- Revenue recognition and revenue schedules
- Credit and rebill processing
- Adjustments and dispute management
- Cash application and reconciliation
- Financial reporting and controls
- Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials architecture including:
- Role-based security model
- Workflow and approvals
- Subledger accounting
- Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Integration frameworks
- Collaborate with technical teams on configuration, integrations, data mapping, and API-based interfaces between Fusion and upstream/downstream systems
- Participate in system enhancements, quarterly update impact analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate solution design sessions, cross-functional workshops, and system reviews with Finance leadership and Enterprise Applications
- Ensure solutions support:
- Accurate and timely financial reporting
- Strong internal controls and audit readiness
- Compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
- Enterprise data governance and cybersecurity requirements
- Support test planning, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and production readiness
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in enterprise Finance systems environments
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically AR, Billing, and Revenue Management
- Strong understanding of Fusion cloud architecture and configuration
- Experience working in multi-entity, high-volume billing environments
- Deep understanding of billing lifecycle processes and revenue recognition
- Experience supporting integrations between Fusion and CRM, contract management, or data platforms
- Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills
- Experience operating in Agile or hybrid delivery models
