TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support shareholder communications for public companies. This role involves assisting shareholders with voting processes and managing communications related to proxy materials.
Responsibilities:
- Provide shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients
- Support Fall Proxy project during proxy season
- Help companies communicate with shareholders about key voting issues
- Distribute proxy materials, collect votes, and record votes securely
- Handle printing and mailing of proxy statements, annual reports, and voting instructions
- Assist with registration, vote tabulation, and post-meeting reporting for Board of Directors meetings
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with shareholders regarding voting inquiries
- Close votes by assisting shareholders with voting processes
Requirements:
- High level of communication skills
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
- Understanding of shareholder voting processes
- Ability to assist shareholders with voting questions
- Availability for PM shift hours: Mon-Thurs 6 PM – 11 PM EST and Saturday 12 PM – 6 PM EST
