Chainalysis is a leader in blockchain technology, providing organizations with the knowledge and tools to navigate the blockchain ecosystem safely. They are looking for a GTM Engineer to join their Demand Generation team, focusing on the technical implementation and optimization of growth workflows to enhance marketing pipeline creation. This role involves developing self-service experiences, implementing AI-powered programs, and collaborating across teams to drive efficient marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop self-service experiences by designing and maintaining product tours, gated demo environments, and (PLG )product-led growth workflows that enhance conversion and accelerate buyer education
- Implement AI-powered outbound programs using tools like Clay and nReach to automate account research, data enrichment, and personalized outreach sequences in support of marketing pipeline goals
- Integrate marketing systems by partnering with Marketing Operations and Revenue Systems to connect CRM, marketing automation, and enrichment tools, ensuring seamless campaign workflows from first touch to opportunity creation
- Optimize conversion paths through analysis of user journeys across ads, landing pages, chatbots, and demos to identify drop-offs and improve overall conversion rates
- Collaborate across teams, working closely with sales, product, product marketing, and brand and content marketing to translate campaign strategies into scalable workflows
- Experiment and iterate by quickly prototyping new processes, measuring results, and refining approaches to boost speed-to-lead, lead quality, and pipeline efficiency
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in growth engineering, technical marketing, marketing operations, or revenue operations, with a track record of driving measurable results
- Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Zapier or N8N, GPT or other LLM APIs, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- A passion for turning marketing strategies into scalable systems that deliver real business impact
- The ability to blend no-code, low-code, and light scripting to automate, optimize, and scale marketing workflows
- A collaborative mindset and the energy to thrive in fast-paced environments where experimentation and innovation are part of everyday work
- Working in a product-led growth (PLG) or B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) such as Segment or Hightouch, and analytics tools like Looker or Tableau
- Experience designing or optimizing marketing attribution, lead scoring, or conversion funnels
- Basic proficiency with APIs or light scripting (Python, JavaScript) to connect and automate systems
