Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support sustaining manufacturing execution and supply chain operations for a technologically advanced portfolio of semiconductor and optics products. This role is responsible for ensuring the systematic and accurate flow of materials across multiple ERP systems while maintaining data integrity and optimizing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and synchronized material flow across multiple ERP systems
- Monitor and maintain data integrity for item master, BOMs, routings, and inventory records
- Support supply planning processes including MRP/MPS execution and analysis
- Analyze manufacturing and supply chain data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including manufacturing, planning, procurement, and IT
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system or process improvements
- Identify root causes of material discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Track and improve key supply chain and manufacturing KPIs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure alignment between system transactions and actual manufacturing activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or ERP-supported environments
- Strong experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with MRP, production planning, and inventory control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills: experience with reporting/BI tools is a plus
- Experience working in semiconductor, electronics, optics, or high-tech manufacturing environments preferred
- Experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Knowledge of supply chain metrics and performance tracking
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder communication
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
