Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization. The Senior Product Manager will drive the platform shared services, ensuring they are designed for reuse, secure, and compliant, while balancing innovation and regulatory readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Own aspects of the product vision, roadmap, and execution for core platform shared services
- Define platform contracts, APIs, and service expectations used by multiple product teams
- Ensure shared services are designed for reuse, extensibility, and scale, not one-off product needs
- Drive innovation in cross-cutting platform capabilities that unlock new use cases across the portfolio
- Partner with application product teams to:
- Identify common needs that belong in shared services
- Reduce duplication across teams
- Accelerate time-to-market for new capabilities
- Balance foundational investment with incremental delivery to ensure shared services provide visible product value
- Ensure shared services can operate across multiple deployment models, including:
- Commercial SaaS
- Regulated / FedRAMP-authorized environments
- Partner with Security and Compliance to:
- Embed regulatory requirements into shared services where appropriate
- Ensure compliance requirements do not unnecessarily limit platform innovation
- Own platform-level decisions related to environment isolation, logging, auditability, and change management
- Act as the product point-of-accountability for shared services used across teams
- Partner closely with:
- Platform and infrastructure engineering
- Security and GRC
- SRE and Cloud Operations
- Product teams consuming shared services
- Provide clarity on what belongs in shared services vs application-level ownership
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in platform, infrastructure, or security products
- Hands-on experience owning or materially contributing to a FedRAMP
- Experience designing shared services consumed by multiple product teams
- Strong technical fluency across: Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP GovCloud)
- Identity, logging, encryption, and monitoring architectures
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable platform capabilities
