HR Project Portfolio Manager

Genus PLC is an agricultural biotechnology pioneer seeking an HR Project Portfolio Manager to lead and manage internal HR projects. This role involves driving strategic HR initiatives across various disciplines and ensuring successful project execution to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Identify HR improvement opportunities and create business cases for approval
• Design project plans, including timelines, change management touchpoints, and resource allocation
• Launch and manage projects to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and within specifications
• Develop KPIs to measure success and ongoing benefits of implemented changes
• Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and share insights with HR leadership
• Create project documentation such as RACI charts and process flow diagrams for training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
• Recognized project management certification (PMP, PMP-PBA, etc.)
• 5+ years leading international projects; HR project experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Continuous improvement experience (Agile or Lean Six Sigma)
• Travel: Up to 20% domestic and international
