They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth, manage inbound leads, and support the sales cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Order Tracking & Management: Manage the full post-sales process including order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and payment collection
- Quote & Order Processing: Prepare quotes, manage order entry in ERP (Netsuite), and ensure timely processing of transactions. Handle managed sales orders and Master Sales Orders ensuring accuracy and timely processing in Netsuite
- Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and ERP (Netsuite) to support reliable reporting and forecasting
- Partner Inventory Tracking: Monitor partner stock levels, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with account managers to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by preparing data insights and presentations using Power BI
- Quote & Sales Order Generation: Prepare accurate quotes and convert closed deals into sales orders within our ERP (Netsuite)
- Customer Communication: Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers regarding order status, tracking information, and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience
- OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 4+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience
- OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience
- This position will be supporting customers in Latin America and the successful candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer service in a B2B environment
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Netsuite, and Power BI
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sales rigor and operational discipline
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions
