Mogi I/O is a company focused on OTT, podcast, and short video applications, and they are seeking an experienced Senior Sales professional to drive enterprise revenue growth across the US and North American markets. The role involves selling enterprise technology solutions to mid-market and large enterprises, requiring strong consultative selling capabilities and relationship management with CXO-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the US and North America
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, Operations, and Digital teams
- Achieve assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business challenges and objectives
- Position cloud, ERP, e-commerce, and BPO solutions as business transformation enablers
- Lead solution demonstrations with pre-sales and product teams
- Develop proposals, business cases, and ROI-driven value propositions
- Build and maintain a healthy, predictable sales pipeline
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM discipline
- Track deal progress, conversion ratios, and sales cycle timelines
- Collaborate with Marketing on US-focused demand generation initiatives
- Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to align solutions with client expectations
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery and customer success teams post-closure
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in the US market
- Proven success selling technology solutions such as cloud, ERP, e-commerce, or BPO services
- Strong experience managing full enterprise sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to sell to mid-market and large enterprise customers
- Strong CXO-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience building and managing sales pipelines and forecasts
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with strong ownership
- Experience selling promotional industry or commerce-focused technology solutions
- Prior exposure to US-based multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives
- Experience working in remote or distributed sales teams
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Established network across US enterprise decision-makers
