Partner Marketing Manager

Elastic is the Search AI Company that empowers businesses to utilize their data effectively. They are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives with AI ecosystem and technology partners, driving joint marketing efforts and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage joint marketing plans with assigned AI ecosystem and technology partners
• Translate joint solution priorities, integration roadmaps, and GTM motions into actionable marketing initiatives
• Align partner plans with Elastic product priorities, launches, and broader ecosystem strategy
• Lead execution of partner-aligned campaigns, launches, events, and solution-focused activations
• Coordinate timelines, results, and inputs across internal teams and partners
• Adapt execution based on partner readiness, technical turning points, and market opportunities
• Collaborate with partners to bring joint solutions and integrations to market
• Support marketing activities tied to product releases, technical announcements, and customer stories
• Ensure Elastic is clearly and accurately represented within partner-facing solution narratives and materials
• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partners
• Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Alliances, Sales, and Field Marketing
• Build strong working relationships with partner marketing and cross-functional collaborators
• Track performance against joint plans, including engagement, adoption, and pipeline contribution
• Use insights from execution and partner feedback to inform future plans
• Share results and recommendations with leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in marketing programs, partner marketing, or campaign execution
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder marketing activities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Experience working within defined processes
• Demonstrated attention to detail when supporting budgets, contracts, and purchase orders
• Availability for occasional travel as needed
