They are seeking a strategic Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive measurable business impact by developing joint strategies with leading cloud platforms and technology providers to accelerate customer acquisition and expand market reach.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute annual joint marketing strategies with top partners by aligning on shared objectives, defining success metrics, and creating executable plans that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Design and deliver co-marketing programs including joint campaigns, co-branded webinars, field events, and digital activations that accelerate customer acquisition through the partner ecosystem
- Shape joint go-to-market messaging and positioning with partners by understanding their product roadmaps, identifying integration opportunities, and articulating clear value propositions for technical audiences
- Integrate partners into Anaconda-led marketing initiatives by coordinating with demand generation, product marketing, and content teams to amplify reach and create cohesive customer experiences
- Collaborate with Partner Account Managers and the Global Partnerships team to translate business objectives into marketing activation plans, ensuring alignment between partnership strategy and marketing execution
- Track, analyze, and optimize co-marketing performance by establishing clear KPIs, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and sharing insights that inform future partner marketing investments
- Influence partner marketing leadership to secure commitment, resources, and alignment on joint priorities by building strong relationships and demonstrating the business value of collaboration
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated impact on pipeline generation and revenue outcomes
- Deep experience building and executing marketing programs with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) or technology alliance partners
- Proven ability to influence partner stakeholders and align cross-company teams on shared marketing objectives and execution plans
- Strong technical fluency to understand product integrations, discuss AI/ML concepts, and craft compelling messaging for technical audiences
- Track record of measuring and optimizing marketing ROI through clear metrics, data analysis, and iterative program improvement
- Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies and positioning with technology partners
- Project management capabilities to coordinate multiple complex partner programs simultaneously across different geographies and teams
