Customer Service Representative

TurboTax USA is a leading provider of tax preparation software, dedicated to simplifying the tax filing process for individuals and small businesses across the United States. As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will assist customers with their tax-related questions and provide exceptional customer service related to TurboTax products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist TurboTax customers via phone and chat, answering questions related to product features, navigation, and basic tax inquiries
• Guide users through downloading, logging in, and importing documents into TurboTax software
• Help customers understand how to print, file, and complete their tax returns accurately
• Provide clear, empathetic, and professional support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training and self-education
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores and call quality standards
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and support teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
• Participate in certification programs to enhance product expertise and earning potential
