The Product Manager will be a strategic leader responsible for defining product vision and driving business outcomes through customer insight and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for assigned products
- Build business cases and ROI models for product investments
- Define success metrics (ARR, retention, adoption, cost reduction)
- Lead customer discovery and validation activities
- Translate strategy into clear problem statements and outcomes
- Partner with Engineering on delivery tradeoffs and sequencing
- Support Sales with positioning, pricing logic, and enablement materials
- Represent the product in executive, customer, and board forums
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes through product strategy
- Deep understanding of customer discovery and validation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to build business cases and ROI models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience partnering with Engineering on complex product development
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across multiple teams
- Experience in government technology or public sector markets
- Background in financial management or ERP systems
- Knowledge of municipal operations and government workflows
- Experience with product-led growth strategies
