As a Work from Home TurboTax Product Expert, you will assist customers with their tax-related questions and software navigation, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist TurboTax customers via phone or chat by answering questions related to software usage, navigation, and basic tax inquiries
- Guide users through downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing their tax returns
- Provide clear, concise, and empathetic support to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training and certification processes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and marketplace performance specialists to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards to ensure consistent and professional customer interactions
- Contribute to team goals by achieving performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call quality
