Snoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App, reinventing daily life with blazing-fast delivery, ride-hailing, and shopping. The Salesforce QA Engineer will design and execute test plans for Salesforce Service Cloud, validate workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and effectiveness of the product.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute manual, integration, and regression test plans for Salesforce Service Cloud, custom objects, Flows, and Apex-based features
- Validate workflows, automation rules, Lightning Components, and third-party integrations (support tools, chat systems, internal platforms)
- Perform API testing using Postman and analyze data structures (JSON, logs, event flows)
- Ensure data integrity through functional, smoke, exploratory, and regression testing cycles
- Identify, document, and track defects with strong initial investigation using logs, proxies, and debugging tools
- Participate in test planning, test strategy discussions, and contribute QA inputs to sprint ceremonies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business) to ensure clear requirements and testable acceptance criteria
- Contribute to QA documentation, maintain test cases, and support continuous improvement of QA processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; QA certifications preferred
- 2–4 years of QA experience, with at least 1+ year in Salesforce or CRM testing
- Experience testing Salesforce configurations, Flows, validation rules, and integrations
- Testing Expertise: Strong in functional, smoke, regression, and exploratory testing
- Automation: Ability to write and maintain Apex unit tests and basic UI/API automation
- API & Integration Testing: Proficient with Postman; solid understanding of JSON; able to test GET/POST/DELETE flows
- Debugging Tools: Experience with logs, Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy (breakpoints, rewrites, map remote)
- SQL/NoSQL: Able to query data for validation and analysis
- Bug Reporting: Strong root-cause investigation, clear bug descriptions, proper categorization/prioritization
- Process Tools: Jira proficiency, ability to create dashboards; experience in Agile environments
- Salesforce Platform: Salesforce Security model, Automation tools(Flow, Triggers etc.)
