Field Engineer

They are seeking a Field Engineer Technical Consultant to enhance field productivity and efficiency using advanced technologies, improve elevator performance, and lower maintenance costs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide troubleshooting, adjustment, and repair support and guidance to field offices for both Otis and non-Otis's products
• Manage product/component upgrades, repairs, retrofits, and developing technical information

Requirements:

• BS degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 5+ years of Otis / Elevator industry experience
• Field experience is a must
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair various elevator products including the ability to do so remotely
