QuadMed is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our growing team. This role leads health center implementations and enterprise initiatives, ensuring successful delivery execution and adherence to PMO governance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Leads end-to-end execution of health center implementations and assigned enterprise initiatives
- Develops and maintains detailed project charters, schedules, milestones, work plans, budgets, and status reporting
- Facilitates cross-functional planning and alignment across Operations, IT, Clinical, Implementation, Facilities, Sales, and external vendors
- Manages scope, resources, timelines, risks, dependencies, and interdependencies to ensure successful delivery
- Proactively identifies and mitigates risks; escalates critical issues with recommended solutions to enable timely decision-making
- Drives readiness planning, including structured Go-Live readiness assessments and milestone reviews
- Serves as the primary project management point of contact for assigned client implementations, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Delivers structured status updates and executive-level reporting to leadership and clients
- Ensures compliance with PMO governance standards, tools, templates, and reporting frameworks
- Maintains dashboards and contributes to portfolio-level reporting and prioritization processes
- Conducts post-implementation reviews and partners with stakeholders to incorporate lessons learned into continuous improvement efforts
- Identifies and implements process enhancements, leveraging technology and AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and operational performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through Go-Live and stabilization
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) and PMO governance standards
- Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, align, and drive accountability within matrixed teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex project information into clear, concise messaging tailored to executives, operational leaders, clinical teams, clients, and external partners
- Demonstrated business acumen, including understanding of operational workflows, financial drivers, and the employer-sponsored healthcare environment
- Strong risk assessment and decision-making capabilities in dynamic, high-visibility environments
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and executive-level reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project (or equivalent scheduling tools), and CRM platforms such as Dynamics
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations and a demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusion
- Experience leading employer-sponsored healthcare, clinical implementations strongly preferred
- PMP preferred
- Well-versed in, and committed to growing proficiency in, the use of AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation across operations
