Ampstek is seeking a seasoned Technical Manager to lead and manage a mission-critical 24×7 production support project. The ideal candidate will have strong delivery management capabilities and hands-on technical expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and Teradata, ensuring application availability and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a mission-critical 24×7 production support project
- Ensure application availability and meet SLA requirements (incident response, resolution times)
- Lead daily/weekly review calls, operational dashboards, and incident status updates
- Communicate impact analysis, timelines, and mitigation strategies for major incidents
- Track recurring issues and drive permanent fixes
- Identify inefficiencies in support workflows; implement improvements
- Optimize cost without sacrificing quality of service
- Analyze, design, develop, implement and test various client/server applications like BI & ETL on Data Warehousing environment
- Knowledge and experience with Full Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience with Lean or Agile development methodologies
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
