Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst to support the design, enhancement, and delivery of solutions across the Guidewire suite. The role involves working with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter to ensure effective business analysis and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design, enhancement, and delivery of solutions across the Guidewire suite, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain
- Hands-on experience with the Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
- Strong understanding of insurance lifecycle processes including underwriting, policy administration, billing, and claims management
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- Guidewire certification (Business Analysis, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter)
- Experience with system integrations and API-driven workflows (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
