Senior Business Analyst

Wintrust Financial Corporation is a $66 billion financial institution based in Rosemont, Illinois, providing community and commercial banking, specialty finance, and wealth management services. The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a key subject matter expert, coordinating strategic business analysis services and working closely with business units to understand and document requirements needed to address business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Liaison with Business Units to gather business, functional, and technical requirements for new initiatives
• Work with IT Internal Teams to optimize workflow and ensure tasks defined in the project plan are understood and executed
• Ensure overall compliance with the Enterprise Project Management Office’s (ePMO) project governance framework
• Function as a key member of a across functional team to assist with defining and executing on delivery and implementation plans
• Create and manage JIRA stories in collaboration with developers throughout the SDLC process
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 5-10 years working in a financial services environment with special emphasis on coordinating business, functional and technical requirements and/or project management across large cross functional teams, programs or projects
• 3+ years with ALL of the following tools/systems: Salesforce CRM Platform, nCino Loan Origination System, and JIRA
• Advanced knowledge of general IT and business operations
• Exposure to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile and Scrum Methodologies
• Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus
