Channel Impact is a channel specialty firm that helps companies of all sizes achieve route-to-market success through partnering. They are seeking an Experience Design & Engagement Program Manager to lead the development of gamification strategies for client events, ensuring engaging and memorable experiences for attendees.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a creative vision for event gamification, aligning with business objectives and sales team engagement goals
- Manage gamification timeline and understand how gamification milestones impact other work stream milestones, such as technology/platform and communications
- Inspire and guide UI/UX designers, game designers, and event specialists, fostering innovation and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Create gameplay mechanics, competitive elements, and reward structures that make event participation fun, motivating, and memorable
- Ensure the development of intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences that maximize attendee satisfaction
- Gather participant feedback and analyze engagement data to continuously refine and improve gamified elements
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of gamification strategies, ensuring all elements are delivered smoothly and integrated flawlessly into the overall event experience
- Lead experiential component design such as new innovation elements, Partner Hub design, and networking opportunities, etc. in collaboration with third party business partners
- Manage timeline and understand how milestones impact other work stream milestones, such as technology/platform and communications
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of the experiences, ensuring all elements are delivered smoothly and integrated flawlessly into the overall event experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in game design, gamification, or related fields, with a proven record of delivering successful, engaging experiences
- Experience in designing systems, mechanics, and engagement strategies
- Strong creative instincts balanced with analytical thinking and participant insight
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with both creative and technical partners
- Familiarity with modern design tools and platforms
- Passion for innovation and creating memorable experiences
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
