Responsibilities:
- Eliciting business needs via interviews, workshops, and observations
- Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and writing user stories
- Documenting and analyzing business processes AS IS and TO BE
- Creating business requirement documents (BRD), functional specs (FSD), and user stories
- Developing use cases, workflows, process maps, and wireframes
- Performing gap analysis and impact assessments
- Supporting UAT and regression testing efforts
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst ideally in aerospace or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- ERP systems and product lifecycle management (PLM)
- Eliciting business needs via interviews, workshops, and observations
- Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and writing user stories
- Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and PLM tools
- Documenting and analyzing business processes AS IS and TO BE
- Creating business requirement documents (BRD), functional specs (FSD), and user stories
- Developing use cases, workflows, process maps, and wireframes
- Performing gap analysis and impact assessments
- Supporting UAT and regression testing efforts
