Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager / Business Systems Analyst to support a prominent organization within the professional services industry for a remote 9-month contract position. The role involves overseeing smaller-scale initiatives and assisting with operational reporting, documentation, and program coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage assigned projects or workstreams to ensure alignment with established goals and timelines
- Evaluate program needs and organize resources to improve processes and outcomes
- Track progress across multiple program components to confirm objectives and deliverables are met
- Compile, maintain, and present program updates, reports, and documentation for leadership
- Assist with vendor coordination, reporting tasks, and ongoing file management as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; in lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant experience will be considered
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related project management or business systems role
- Experience supporting programs, coordinating tasks, and ensuring accuracy in documentation
- Ability to schedule meetings, gather requirements, and help structure presentations or team deliverables
- Strong proficiency with Excel and comfort working with data-driven reports (nice to have)
