Convex, a ServiceTitan company, is a pipeline generation platform for commercial sales and marketing teams. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for qualifying prospects and scheduling product demonstrations to support Account Executives in driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (e.g., 60+ daily calls, personalized emails, and social selling) to engage decision-makers within target accounts
- Conduct thorough discovery calls to qualify potential leads and successfully schedule demos for Account Executives
- Master our sales methodology and technology to effectively manage your daily activities and pipeline
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute winning sales strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
- Proactively seek out coaching and feedback to continuously learn and improve your sales skills and grow your career
Requirements:
- 0-4 years of professional experience in a corporate environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency, a results-oriented mindset, and a hunger for feedback
- Proven time management and organizational skills
