Software Engineer III - Salesforce Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Myriad Genetics Inc. is a leading molecular diagnostic testing and precision medicine company dedicated to advancing health and well-being. They are seeking a motivated Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to design, build, and support Salesforce solutions that address business challenges and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements. Create detailed documentation such as functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
• Perform impact analysis on system changes, including downstream integrations and analytics
• Work with architects and engineers to create technical solutions that align with business requirements
• Investigate and analyze issues reported by users, identify root causes, and propose solutions
• Maintain data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and governance controls
• Support reporting and dashboard strategy to enable business insights and decision-making
• Assist in the implementation of new systems or system enhancements. Provide support during the rollout phase and address any issues that arise
• Develop user documentation and conduct training sessions to help end-users understand and effectively use new systems
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Propose improvements to existing processes and systems

Requirements:

• Salesforce administrator and/or developer certifications
• Minimum 4 years working directly in Salesforce. Life sciences industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management
• Thorough understanding of Salesforce automation tools such as Flow
• Exposure to Salesforce programmatic tools such as Apex, Javascript and SOQL
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, objects, and relationships
• The ability to analyze business processes and requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users
• Applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder)
