About this role
Call Quest Solution is seeking a skilled AEM Engineer with strong expertise in Adobe AEM Forms and Interactive Communications development. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and high-performing digital and print communication solutions using AEM Forms, while supporting integrations and template development.
Responsibilities:
- Build Interactive Communications (IC) components including Form Data Models (FDM), templates, fragments, and themes
- Configure REST-based data sources and implement data binding using AEM Forms
- Develop and author templates using AEM Forms Designer (XDP) for print and editable templates for web delivery
- Implement conditional logic and business rules using the Interactive Communications Rule Editor
- Ensure accessibility, performance, accuracy, and security across multi-channel communications
- Collaborate with AEM administrators for Forms add-on installation, configuration, and deployments
- Develop and customize AEM components using modern AEM development standards
- Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments through AEM Cloud Manager
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe AEM Forms and Interactive Communications
- Experience building IC artifacts including fragments, templates, charts/tables, and rule configurations
- Expertise in Form Data Models (FDM), REST integrations, and data binding/testing
- Experience with AEM Forms Designer (XDP) and web-based editable templates
- Strong understanding of Interactive Communications vs legacy Correspondence Management
- AEM component development using HTL, Sling Models, and OSGi services
- Experience with AEM Core Components (customization, proxy patterns, versioning, JSON export)
- Hands-on experience with Content Fragments and GraphQL for headless delivery
- Experience working with Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management
- Debugging using Developer Console and OSGi tools
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AEM Forms implementations
- Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of accessibility and performance best practices
