SmithRx is a rapidly growing, venture-backed Health-Tech company dedicated to transforming the Pharmacy Benefit Management sector. The Product Marketing Manager will focus on creating impactful marketing materials, supporting sales enablement, and coordinating product launches to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales materials including one-pagers, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, RFP responses, and case studies
- Partner with Sales and Events teams to create collateral that supports campaigns, conferences, and prospect engagement
- Ensure materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with approved messaging
- Support product and clinical program launches by coordinating asset creation and internal enablement materials
- Translate product updates into clear, benefit-driven messaging for external use
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure launch materials are delivered on time and ready for field activation
- Identify and prioritize marketing asset needs in partnership with GTM and leadership
- Draft and project manage the creation of data sheets, demos, videos, and customer proof materials
- Organize and maintain marketing collateral libraries to ensure teams have access to current, approved materials
- Conduct competitive research to inform battlecards and positioning updates
- Gather customer and prospect feedback to identify recurring themes and objections
- Monitor industry trends to support ongoing messaging refinement
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, field marketing, or sales enablement, ideally within healthcare or pharmacy benefits
- Experience supporting product or program launches with cross-functional coordination
- Strong ability to translate technical or clinical information into clear, sales-ready materials
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized, responsive, and accountable
- Experience maintaining RFP content and proposal libraries is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare market dynamics is a plus
