MMC Group is hiring for a Mid-Level Product Designer to join a growing product design team supporting innovative digital solutions in the Pharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on translating customer needs and business objectives into intuitive product experiences while collaborating with product owners, engineers, and fellow designers.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lead designers to refine features, expand workflows, and create interactive prototypes with detailed annotations
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Ensure all features align with accessibility standards and usability best practices
- Partner with product owners and agile teams to accurately reflect designs within epics, features, and user stories
- Adapt and iterate based on stakeholder feedback, sprint planning, and standups
- Conduct design QA to validate that final builds meet specifications and quality standards
- Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover customer needs and behavioral insights
- Analyze and synthesize findings into actionable design improvements
- Present research insights, prototypes, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Represent design in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily standups
- Clearly communicate design rationale and advocate for user experience priorities
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to clarify specifications during implementation
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes and best practices
- Document new methodologies and share knowledge across teams
- Champion innovation, simplicity, accessibility, and consistency in product experiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital product design for web and mobile platforms
- Experience designing for B2B platforms or complex systems
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, annotations, and interactive prototypes
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 or 2.2 AA accessibility standards
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with engineers
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience designing accessible user interfaces for enterprise-level applications
