Habit Burger & Grill is seeking a talented and experienced Staff Technical Project Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud, ensuring a smooth delivery process while mentoring multiple scrum teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee scrum ceremonies and enforce agile best practices across technical teams
- Coordinate with product owners and stakeholders to align on milestones and dependencies
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, impediments, and resource constraints
- Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field
- Extensive experience in technical project management and agile delivery
- Proven experience as a delivery manager on large enterprise implementations in a global company
- Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud and enterprise financial systems
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and complex timelines effectively
- PMP or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) preferred
- Experience managing large-scale ERP or EPM implementations
