Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and analyze aerospace, electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering solutions aligned with project requirements and specifications
- Participate in the integration and testing of complex defense systems, ensuring compliance with quality and security standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, safety, logistics, and software development to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system safety analyses to support project milestones and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovative technology application
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance project outcomes and technical expertise
- Support security clearance processes by providing necessary documentation and adhering to confidentiality protocols
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during testing phases and recommend effective solutions to ensure project success
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in their respective engineering field
- Eligibility to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance, which necessitates U.S. citizenship
- A strong background in engineering principles
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Educational qualifications typically include a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline
