Workforce Management Business Analyst

JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking a Workforce Management Business Analyst to support enterprise initiatives with a focus on UKG WFM and Workday integrations. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate across functions to analyze business processes, define requirements, and drive successful system implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Support Workforce Management solutions, specifically UKG WFM (WFC & PRO)
• Assist with Workday implementation and integration with WFM platforms
• Analyze complex cross-functional business processes and define integrated requirements
• Facilitate the design of integrated process, technical, and organizational solutions
• Drive stakeholder adoption of designed processes and system solutions
• Lead definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements
• Coordinate user activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop, execute, and validate UAT plans and provide implementation support
• Perform business process mapping, functional/technical gap analysis, and testing support

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with UKG WFM (Kronos) – WFC & PRO
• Experience with manual testing and test strategies for UKG PRO
• Risk & compliance management experience for UKG PRO
• Strong understanding of SOX Compliance
• Experience with Agile (SAFe methodology)
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for documentation
• Experience or strong understanding of Workday integrations
