Third Sector Intelligence is a software company that helps governments, nonprofits, and philanthropies use data to improve the lives of children. The Director of Product Management will lead the overall product strategy and portfolio, mentor the product team, and ensure alignment with company goals to drive growth and customer impact.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the multi-year product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
- Prioritize investment areas across products based on market trends, customer needs, and business impact
- Own the overall product portfolio roadmap, balance resources and priorities across multiple products
- Drive decisions on trade-offs between innovation, scalability and revenue impact
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing product team; foster a high-performing, customer-centric culture across the product org
- Oversee market research, customer feedback synthesis, and competitive intelligence at the portfolio level
- Ensure insights translate into strategic priorities and product investment decisions
- Establish and monitor portfolio wide KPI’s to track product performance, adoption and customer outcomes; report progress and strategic impact to executives
- Define product success metrics and drive data-informed decision-making to optimize adoption and performance
- Partner with Sales & Marketing, and Customer Success to define go-to-market strategies, pricing and positioning
Requirements:
- Ten or more years' experience in product management, with a focus on software products or SaaS solutions
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Proven track record of building and scaling SaaS products
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on ability to drive execution
- Experience managing product teams and mentoring product managers
- Proficient with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to balance qualitative insights into customer empathy
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to change and manage competing priorities effectively
- Advanced degree preferred in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Business, Engineering, Information Systems)
- Familiarity with agile development practices and modern product management tools
