Sr Project Manager - ERP, NetSuite

Oracle is a leading technology company that provides data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to drive innovation. They are seeking a Sr Project Manager to manage the delivery of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to project scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction
• Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge
• Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure
• As a project lead, assists project team with aspects of their roles
• Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations
• Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations
• Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions
• Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility
• Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects

Requirements:

• 6 to 10+ years of experience in project management
• Experience managing the delivery of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services' implementations
• Ability to drive the delivery of Professional Services engagements according to agreed upon scope, time, and budget
• Strong communication skills to track and communicate project progress
• Experience in planning customer specific engagements
• Ability to lead business requirements development, review, and signoff process
• Experience in executing results while controlling scope
• Ability to complete organizational change processes when needed
• Experience in resolving discrepancies and project roadblocks
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects in a matrix environment
• Experience in constructing, presenting, and obtaining signoffs on key project results
• Ability to facilitate planning sessions at various stages of the project lifecycle
• Experience in setting and managing customer expectations regarding project scope and timelines
• Ability to manage communication and risk management plans
