They are seeking a highly skilled Remote Technical Business Analyst & Team Lead responsible for leading a team, translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify business opportunities and inform decision-making processes
- Design and develop technical solutions leveraging your expertise in .NET and SaaS architectures
- Create detailed wireframes and comprehensive software documentation using Axure, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders
- Gather and analyze business requirements, documenting processes meticulously to ensure alignment with technical deliverables
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure technical solutions support and enhance overall business objectives and strategic goals
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making adjustments to optimize efficiency and user experience
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical details into understandable insights and recommendations
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities to improve technical processes and team capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with proven leadership in managing tech teams
- Proficiency in .NET/C#, Data Analysis, Axure Wireframing, and comprehensive software documentation
- Extensive experience working with SaaS platforms and solutions
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder communication
